All of our products are thoughtfully checked for quality before reaching you.

Because many of our products are customized or made-to-order, please review the following policy before purchasing:

Custom & Personalized Items

  • Final Sale: All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (including engraved, embroidered, printed, or name-personalized items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Exceptions: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Custom Items

For non-customized, ready-to-ship products:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
