Custom & Personalized Items
Final Sale: All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (including engraved, embroidered, printed, or name-personalized items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exceptions: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Custom Items
For non-customized, ready-to-ship products:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
